Frequently Asked Questions

What should I expect in my first class?

Your first class will be your time to get to know us, and it's our time to get to know you. We will first gather some preliminary information from you, as well as answer any questions you may have. You will then go through an abbreviated CrossFit class; we will take you through a warm-up and stretches before providing instruction on exercises to do. Afterward, we will go through a short CrossFit workout that will be scaled to your fitness and ability level.

Does my level of fitness matter?

CrossFit is for everyone! We modify all of our exercises so that everyone can hold their own in classes. Because CrossFit covers a large spectrum of exercises and training techniques, everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses. Of course, you may not be great at some things, but you may be pleasantly surprised at how well you do at other things. Remember, never compare your beginning to someone else's journey.

Do I need to know how to do the training movements before I join?

No, but first, you will need to complete our fundamentals classes. This consists of three sessions where we'll cover essential training movements and provide basic knowledge on nutrition, mobility, and recovery. Our dedicated coaches will be there to guide you and improve your skills!

How long is a class?

Class is 60 minutes long. Prepare for a great workout and a great time. Come with an open mind and a determination to work hard!

How many people are in each class?

We typically have between 10-15 people per class.
