MoCo CrossFit is inviting a select group of 20 athletes to a summer training camp. Whether you are already involved in sports at school or you simply want to get stronger, we are here to unleash your fullest potential.
We will have two summer sessions and each session will be an intense four week long program. You may also choose to take on the full two sessions.
The schedule and pricing are as followed:
Session I- June 19 to July 14 ($500)
Session II- July 17 to August 11 ($500)
Sessions I & II- June 19 to August 11 ($900)
Classes will be from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
