Free Introductory Class
Brand-new to CrossFit and curious about what it can offer? Our complimentary, zero-commitment introductory class is a great opportunity to meet our coaches, experience our community, and try out our facilities!
Drop-In
We welcome CrossFitters from all over and would love to have you! The drop-in fee is $30. If you're planning to come in for more than one day, just reach out by phone or Instagram and we'll be happy to accommodate. Previous CrossFit experience is required.
Foundations for Beginners
We require foundational classes for new members; these will cover all the basics of CrossFit and allow you to participate in our classes safely and effectively.
Private Foundations
3 sessions @ $300
Includes remainder of first month upon completion
Each Foundations class will be 1 hour long.
Group discounts are also available for parties of two or more!
