Free Introductory Class

Brand-new to CrossFit and curious about what it can offer? Our complimentary, zero-commitment introductory class is a great opportunity to meet our coaches, experience our community, and try out our facilities!

Fundamentals for Beginners

Athletes new to CrossFit must attend our 3 fundamentals classes, covered by a $100 fee. Your initiation fee is included. If you are new to our gym but not new to CrossFit, experienced athletes may opt to test out of these classes and have the fee waived.


We welcome CrossFitters from all over and would love to have you too! Your first drop-in class comes with a complimentary T-shirt and is covered by a $35 fee. If you're planning on attending several days worth of classes, just give us a call and we can work something out for you while you're here. We require that you have at least 6 months of CrossFit experience and are a current member of a CrossFit Box.

Weightlifting Club
